The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for a large family. Housekeeping provided daily water bottles for the mini fridge. We enjoyed the large swimming pool and the convenience of shops nearby. The beach shuttle was efficient every ten minutes. Staff at the lobby bar were kind.

The hotel staff were all friendly and hardworking, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The aqua park slides provided thrilling fun, and we enjoyed some lovely evenings on the terrace with shisha.

However, the beach was quite rocky, making it unsuitable for our young children. Additionally, the hygiene of the utensils could be improved, and some food options lacked flavor.

The beach area felt overcrowded with insufficient lounge chairs for the number of guests, and the beach bar showed signs of neglect, impacting the overall atmosphere. Also, the long wait times at the bar for drinks, even during off-peak hours, detracted from the experience. The configuration of the room door presented occasional locking issues, which could be frustrating during late hours.

The bed in our room offered excellent comfort, making it easy to relax after a long day. We loved the nice pool with a great balcony view that added to the pleasure. The water park slides were a blast for both of us, providing thrilling fun during our stay. However, we faced long queues at the bar both during the day and evening. There was a limited selection of drinks, and it was disappointing to have our cocktails served in tiny plastic cups. Food options at the pool became boring really fast, with burgers and chips daily becoming a routine rather than a treat. Also, we discovered the midnight buffet was mostly empty by the time we arrived. While the staff we talked to were generally friendly, a significant issue occurred when we needed help and couldn’t reach reception during an emergency. It left us feeling anxious and stressed.

The cleaning staff worked diligently to keep the common areas tidy. The size of my room was impressive and provided ample space for my family. We particularly enjoyed the pool view, which was a lovely sight to wake up to each day.
